The upstairs area is home to the current owners and their 3 teenage daughters. It is set up with 4 bedrooms, a lounge and utility area, as well as a bathroom.
Originally part of the upstairs section was dining space and it could easily be returned.
Use of the Land:
The lease is well priced and covers the building and land. The land is the area from the main Hastings/Havelock North road (paddocks) through to and including the land that the Restaurant building sits on. Car Park included. There are producing vines, 3 rows Sauvignon Blanc and the rest is Muscat.
